Valentin co-leads SKInnovation — the biggest startup conference on skis, bringing together 1,000 founders, investors and builders from all over the world. That deep event experience — the tight budgets, the organic reach struggles, the hunt for tools that actually work — is exactly what led him to build Spread.
Beyond conferences, Valentin runs a global AI collective based in Innsbruck, with a focus on hackathons, the startup ecosystem, and bringing builders together.
When he's not shipping features or organizing the next event, you'll find him on a ski slope or chasing sunset surf.

Tammo knows what it means to build something big with almost nothing. He helped grow M01N Startup Camp into Switzerland's 3rd largest startup conference — with a team that barely fit around a coffee table, running it entirely voluntary.
That experience taught him everything about event branding and the gap between what tools promise and what they deliver. So he started building his own: a hackathon management platform, an event networking app, and now Spread.
Tammo has won startup competitions since high school, studied across 5 countries including Stanford in Silicon Valley, and has always loved working with people — whether as head coach at a football club, personal trainer, or as a Lovable ambassador connecting builders in the community.

Both events had incredible energy — but getting that energy seen beyond the venue was the hard part. That's what led us to build Spread: a tool that turns attendees into ambassadors, without asking them twice.
