Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the use of the "Spread" platform operated by TenSeven UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Tannenstr. 10a, 85764 Oberschleißheim, Germany (hereinafter "Provider").

The Provider offers a web-based tool ("Spread") that enables organizations and event organizers ("Organizers") to create branded visual graphics for campaigns and events. Users can upload their photo and download a personalized graphic to share on social media and other channels.

To use the Organizer features, a user account is required. Users must provide accurate information during registration. Each user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

Event Plans: • "Essentials" — €79 (one-time) — Up to 250 participants, includes 60 downloads • "Growth" — €299 (one-time) — Up to 1,000 participants, includes 450 downloads • "Scale" — €449 (one-time) — Up to 3,000 participants, includes 1,500 downloads Corporate Plans: • "Core" — €199 (per year) — 300 downloads • "Pro" — €399 (per year) — 1,000 downloads • "Enterprise" — €999 (per year) — 3,000 downloads A free plan with limited usage is available at no cost. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your credit card details. All prices are in EUR and exclusive of VAT.

As a consumer within the EU, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. However, you expressly agree that the Provider may begin providing the digital service immediately upon payment. You acknowledge that by doing so, you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully provided (§ 356 (5) BGB).

The Organizer is solely responsible for all content uploaded to the platform, including graphics, logos, and branding materials. The Organizer warrants that they hold the necessary rights to use and distribute such content. The Provider does not claim ownership of any user-uploaded content.

The Provider processes personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). User photos are processed client-side in the browser and are not stored on the Provider's servers. For details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

The Provider strives to maintain continuous availability of the service but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Liability for damages is limited to cases of intent and gross negligence, except for damages arising from injury to life, body, or health.

Users may delete their account at any time via Account Settings. Upon deletion, all associated data (campaigns, graphics, profile information) will be permanently removed.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. For consumers, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country of residence remain unaffected. The place of jurisdiction for disputes with merchants is Munich, Germany.

The Provider reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Registered users will be notified of material changes. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
